Terms of Service

Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Wrapper’s website, apps, agents, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to them on its behalf and confirm you have the authority to do so.

Your account

You need an account to use most of the Service. Keep your login details secure and make sure the information you give us is accurate and up to date. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by teammates you invite. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized access.

Using the Service

You may use the Service only in line with these Terms and applicable law. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of others.

  • Access accounts, systems, or data you are not authorized to access.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by overloading it or introducing malicious code.

  • Reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

  • Use outputs to build a competing product or to train models that compete with the Service.

Your content

You keep ownership of the data, files, and prompts you bring to Wrapper (“Customer Content”), and of the outputs agents create for you. You give us permission to host, process, and display Customer Content only as needed to provide the Service to you. We do not use Customer Content to train models shared with other customers.

Connected apps

Wrapper can connect to third-party tools such as email, calendars, and accounting software. When you connect an app, you authorize us to access it on your behalf within the permissions you grant. Those apps are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

AI outputs

Agents generate responses automatically, and outputs can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for financial, legal, medical, or other high-stakes decisions. You are responsible for how you use outputs and for any actions you approve.

Plans and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually, and renew automatically until canceled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated in your order. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before a price change takes effect at your next renewal. If a payment fails, we may pause paid features until the balance is settled.

Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings, and your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or end access if you materially breach these Terms or if the law requires it. After your account closes, you can export Customer Content for 30 days, after which we delete it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wrapper is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
